Orders and Payment
Q. Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
A. Let us help you! Email us here within 30 minutes of placing your orders and we will do our best to assist you.
Q. How do I know if my orders have been placed successfully?
A. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with an order number. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order under "My Account > My Orders".
Q. What modes of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept PayNow or Internet/ATM bank transfers. We are working to provide you with more payment modes very soon!

For Internet banking, please select FAST transfer if you are using non-OCBC bank accounts.
Shipping and Delivery
Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders S$65 and above! For orders below S$65, a flat rate of S$4 will be charged.
Q. How are the products delivered and how long will it take to reach me?
A. We process your orders the same day you placed them.
We use a doorstep courier service, and your parcel should reach you within 3-5 working days.
Q. Can products be delivered to anywhere in Singapore?
A. Products can be delivered to most residential and office areas, except these restricted zones:
Q. Do you deliver internationally?
A. Currently we only do local orders. We sure hope to go global in the future!
Q. Can I self collect?
A. Yes, self-collection will be at Pasir Ris. Please contact us on WhatsApp via (+65) 96821563 for details of collection!
Account and Membership
Q. Why should I sign up for an account?
A. All orders can only be made through a registered account. By signing up for an account, you get to enjoy perks such as a 5% discount on your first order, track your orders, get first-hand notifications on newly-launched products and promotions and more!
Q. Is there any membership fee?
A. Registering for an account is absolutely FREE!
Q. Help! I can't remember my login password!
A. Don't fret! Just click on "Forgot Your Password?" and we will promptly send you a link to reset it!
Q. How do I change my billing/shipping address?
A. Go under "My Account > Address Book" and you can edit or add a new billing and shipping address.
Q. Can I change my newsletter subscription?
A. Absolutely! Go under "My Account > Newsletter Subscriptions" to amend it.
Returns and Exchanges
Q. What are your return/exchange policies?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for these perishable products. However because we hope you will be a happy returning customer, do drop us an email to let us know what is causing the non-enjoyment of the product, and we will respond to you as soon as we can!
